Allen Joines (Lead Pastor)

Pastor Allen Joines brings practical relevance and enthusiasm to the ministry at Cross Keys Fellowship. He and his wife Diane have been married for over thirty years and have six children. He has been involved in communicating the gospel from the small classroom to retreats and the pulpit for thirty years. He has been pastor at Cross Keys Fellowship since 1996. Pastor Allen holds a degree from Messiah College. He desires to see individuals grow in their faith, to be and receive all that God desires for them. He loves reading, working out, and playing racquetball.

Ben Good (Outreach Pastor)

Pastor Ben graduated Messiah College with a degree in Christian Ministries. Though formerly a youth pastor, his focus is now on outreach and developing strategies to reach out to a hurt & broken world. He's excited to partner with other believers to impact the surrounding communities for Christ. Ben's motto: "Love God, Serve Others, Have Fun." Along with his motto, Ben is trying to follow Christ with all his heart, soul, & mind. He loves his wife, Jenny & little son, William, his great family & friends, his funny pets, Diet Mountain Dew, reading books, playing games, watching movies, and enjoying life.

Brandon Danner (Worship Pastor)

Pastor Brandon Danner desires to see the church worship God with excitement and sincerity! He has been active in music ministry from a young age. A graduate of Houghton College, Pastor Brandon holds a degree in Music Education. He and his wife Wendy have 2 children, Rebekah and Micah. Brandon enjoys playing piano, working with computers, watching football and baseball, and listening to all kinds of music.

Christine Crosson (Children's Pastor)

Pastor Christine Crosson is married to Ken and they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. She has degrees from Geneva Bible College and experience from various churches and teaching in schools. Her desire to reach young lives for Christ has led her to develop programs that are fun, exciting and doctrinally sound. She enjoys cooking for and hanging out with her family, “sleep-overs” with her grandchildren, and getting away to the mountains to spend time in nature.

Nate Smith (Youth Director)

Nate Smith and his wife Jen have two children, Hannah and Isaiah. Nate has served in youth ministry for the past ten years. He has a strong desire to support youth as they develop and grow with the Lord. Nate also enjoys working with the newest technology, grilling, and playing video games.

April Hartlaub (Administrative Assistant)

April is the Administrative Assistant at Cross Keys. She provides support the staff and leaders of the church. She has been a part of Cross Keys since 2007. April and her husband Dave have one son, Tyler. She has a passion to see young children grow in their faith. She teaches the 1st and 2nd graders Olympian Class on Wednesday evenings. She enjoys working with children, volunteering at her child’s school, spending time with her family and camping.
